Frequently asked questions
How do I see my books on iPhone, iPad and Mac?
On each device, open Chirogra › Settings › iCloud, backups and security, turn on Sync with iCloud and reopen the app. Use the same iCloud account on all of them.
How do I make a backup?
In Settings › iCloud, backups and security, tap Back Up Now and save the .chirogra
file wherever you like (Files, iCloud Drive, a USB drive). To recover it, use Restore from Backup…:
it replaces your books with the backup’s and first saves a copy of the current ones, which you can bring back with
Undo Last Restore.
How much does it cost, and how does the trial work?
Chirogra includes a 14-day free trial, then a monthly subscription that renews automatically. You can cancel anytime, and you won’t be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
On iPhone or iPad: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Chirogra. On Mac: App Store › your name › Account Settings › Subscriptions. You can also go to Chirogra › Settings › Subscription › Manage.
I switched devices and don’t see my subscription
Sign in with the same Apple Account and tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen.
What happens to my books if I stop paying?
They’re still yours. They become read-only: you can view them, make backups and export PDF and CSV files, but you can’t record anything new until you renew.
Does Chirogra calculate my income taxes?
No. Chirogra keeps your books, the sales tax you collect and the reports (profit & loss, balance sheet, trial balance, aging) your accountant or tax preparer needs. You enter the sales tax rate for each jurisdiction; confirm it with your state’s agency.
